33 Unique Ways To Raise Your Vibration

The prevailing understanding with the Law of Attraction is that you are a match to the vibrational energy you’re giving out to the universe. So for example, if you are very grateful for all you have, you’re going to get more of what you’re grateful for.

In Law of Attraction terms the goal is to “raise your vibration”. To put yourself in a good feeling place, which essentially releases any resistance you have to receiving whatever it is you’re asking for.

If what I’m saying makes no sense to you, it might be best to explore the basics behind the Law of Attraction. Either way, understand that you’re much more likely to achieve whatever it is you desire in life if you feel good.

And to help you with that I put together a list of creative, unique and yes even some crazy ways to raise your vibration. If you put any of these into practise, you’ll start feeling better. In fact you’ll probably feel better (if not laugh out loud) simply by reading this list.

Now before I get into the list, I first want to highlight that these ideas came from a number of law of attraction coaches and experts who were kind enough to share their ideas. They also practise these themselves and actually have their clients practise these. Their information is listed at the end of each idea.

So without further ado…….here we go………

1. Purchase a book of mazes and optical illusions like (

with the following goal. The brain cannot focus clearly on two things at
once so gazing at an optical illusion is one way to turn the mind in a more
neutral direction.

2. Aroma is a very efficient mood lifter. Essential oils are excellent but
real life flowers are a great tool. Inhale deeply of the fragrance with
your eyes closed. Repeat with three deep inhales. Be thankful for the
flower and for the sense of smell. Again, the brain when busy with this
task, cannot worry and be upset.

3. Get Outside - Nature is the very best way to distract the brain. Feel
the air on your face, touch the bark of a tree, close your eyes and listen
to the birds and other sounds. Count how many different sounds you hear.
Great at neutralizing negative emotion.

4. Do something new - Try something brand new. It doesn't have to be
complex, just a first time for you. For example, last weekend, I played in
those bubble balls with my kids. Total blast! You could also try putting a
piece of broccoli in your hair and say it's the new trend. I have friend,
who's a famous actor, that loves putting some sort of food in his underwear
whenever he auditions! It's so ridiculous that it helps him relax and he
knocks the audition out of the park. Break your old patterns!

5. Unplug - I think one of the best ways to change your vibration is to
avoid technology, get out in nature, do rigorous exercise, yoga, or
mediation. Do what gives you a little "high" without the distraction. This
allows you to connect with your higher self, relax, and focus.

6. Mastermind - Find a few friends or associates that you feel elevate you
when you get together. Take a time out, give them a call, and just dream.
When you elevate your conversations, you elevate your vibrations.

7. Skipping (the kind w/ out a rope) is a fantastic way to raise your
vibration, and just a few steps can do it! It is especially effective
when done in a public place because in order to skip down the street, we
must put our worries/concerns about what others might think of us aside,
and choose our joy instead. This is a powerful practice that can help us
choose joy in other situations as well.

8. The most effortless yet powerful way to elevate vibrations is to use the physics behind it called sympathetic resonance. Introduce a higher, more pure vibration into your field with the use of flower remedies, or vibrational essences of flowers. 10. The horseduckdog: While you are running, flap your lips like a horse and your
arms like a duck. Then wiggle from head to toe just like a dog. These three

11. Talk to the trees: Trees are living, energetic organisms, just like us.
So tell the trees what you want to manifest and imagine them broadcasting
your intentions to the Universe. This creates a feeling of connectedness
and support, and yields some pretty amazing results (like helping me turn

12. Go on a gratitude run: For the duration of your run, repeat a mantra that
starts with “I am grateful for . . .” Gratitude shifts your perspective
from what you don’t have to what you do. You feel better. You attract more
“good” into your life. You raise your vibration, and you may even attract a
miracle or two!

13. Here's a quick simple approach that I teach in my programs to raise your vibration.

It's called the Butt Wiggle Happy Dance (AKA BWHD). Here's how it works:

a) When with a group:

1. Turn so that your backs are facing one another

2. Form a small circle so that your shoulders are touching

3. Crouch down, bending your knees and sticking your butt out behind you

4. Wiggle your butts together while laughing and singing "Butt Wiggle Happy Dance, Whoo, Whoo!"

5. Continue until the laughter explodes

(Invented by me, my spouse and my then-9-year-old son).

b) When you are alone:

1. Stand up in front of a mirror, preferably the full length kind

2. Crouch down

3. Wiggle your butt furiously while singing "Butt Wiggle Happy Dance, Whoo, Whoo!"

4. Continue until you can't stand it any longer and get over yourself and your lower vibration energy!

If you want to increase your vibration - help someone else - law of giving and receiving - what you give you will receive - it is like money - it was never meant to be kept it was meant to be kept in circulation - it is simply energy - nothing can be created or destroyed it only changes forms. This is based on Wallace Wattle’s “The Science of Getting Rich” and more specifically his concept of leaving everyone with the impression of increase. In the book Wattles says the following:

21. Practice enjoyment and wonder--through playing with little kids, watching a great magic show (OK, I may be a bit biased!), getting lost in a beautiful sunrise/sunset/mountains/ocean, etc.

23. The simple thing that raised my vibration is practicing gratitude. I
started by taking a few minutes when I went to bed to think about what I'm
grateful for. Things like the blessings of the day, the relationships I

25. Journaling with prompts. Writing in a journal is a HUGE manifestation
tool I have used myself and encourage my clients to use. I provide journal
prompts such as, "Write a letter to you ex telling them where you are today

26. Using "I AM" in the shower. One exercise I give to clients is one they
do in the shower. Since showers are done daily, and I AM is incredibly
powerful; I suggest they create their ideal life in the form of I AM. For
example, "I am a NY Times Best Selling Author." "I am financially free." "I
am healthy." "I am losing 10 pounds."I am an emotional powerhouse." "I am

27. Vision Album in Facebook. Since everyone takes photos on their phone I
decided to take the vision board idea to social media. I suggest clients
create a "Vision Album." In it they can drop in quotes, images of places
they wish to visit, things they want to buy and experience, meals,
exercise, pets, family. Anything that represents a forward long range view
of the things they wish to manifest. They are then free to share these
images to add positivity to their feed. Put out good and get good.

28. *Wearing bright colors*-- if someone is in a low energy mood, wearing a bright article of clothing tends to elevate their mood because colors tend to have a subconscious effect on the way we feel. 29. One exercise I use with my clients when working on confidence is to have them *remember a time when they felt really good*, felt unstoppable or simply happy. I have them focus on that and feel as much of that positive emotion as possible so that they embody that energy now-- remembering why they felt good, what is was about that experience that caused them to feel the way they did and call upon that experience now.

30. Other exercises I suggest to my clients are to *do something nice* for another person; or in the alternative, ask for small favors from others with the openness of receiving something good from another, regardless of whether the person does that favor or not. The purpose is to be in the

31. Practice *yoga* or *reiki* (also includes Qigong or tai-chi). This is a practice of channeling high frequency energy.

33. Experience wonder and beauty. Here are some of the ways that I experience wonder and beauty:

When the squirrels scatter around my yard to find and bury their acorns, climbing the tree to look me sweetly in the face through my window…the amazing first blush of my 280 roses in the spring…when I see the love between my brother and sister-in-law when they hold hands or kiss…when my friends call on Thanksgiving to tell me how much I mean to them…when I make a new friend…when I see the hawks circling around my neighborhood and even land in my tree not 15 feet away…when I see a little girl laugh…when I look through a kaleidoscope…when I see a stunning mineral of great clarity…when a new book entrances me…when I hear and see the trickling water from a fountain or waterfall…when a hummingbird hovers over my geraniums close enough to feel the whirr of its wings…when I see the brilliant fall color in trees…when I see a beautifully appointed holiday tree with stunning colored ornaments…when I hear wind chimes signing their beautiful music…
